OTable Online Ordering starts at $100 CAD per month for one language, with free setup when you create and maintain your menu using the restaurant panel. Additional languages are $50 CAD per month each. If you prefer OTable to prepare your menu for you, menu setup services are also available for an additional fee.

OTable Online Ordering — Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription
OTable Online Ordering is provided as a monthly subscription. The standard plan is $100 CAD per month plus applicable taxes and includes one menu language and up to 1,000 map location lookups per month.

This subscription is for pickup and delivery ordering only. OTable Table Ordering, which allows dine-in guests to scan a table QR code and place orders from their table, is a separate service and is not included in this subscription.

2. Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize the recurring monthly charge to the payment method provided. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Additional Services and Usage
Additional menu languages are $50 CAD per month each. Map location lookups exceeding the included 1,000 per month are charged at $3 CAD for each additional block of up to 1,000 lookups. Custom plans and additional services may be provided at prices agreed upon separately before purchase.

4. Setup and Menu Management
Setup is free when you create and maintain your own menu using the OTable restaurant panel. Menu creation, maintenance, or other services provided by OTable may be subject to additional charges agreed upon in advance.

5. Restaurant Sales and Payment Processing
OTable does not charge a commission based on the value of restaurant orders. Payment processing fees charged by payment providers, including Square, are separate from OTable subscription fees and are the responsibility of the restaurant.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next monthly charge, cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before your next billing date. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

7. Restaurant Responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its menu, prices, taxes, availability, delivery and pickup information, and for accepting and fulfilling customer orders. The restaurant is also responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts or payment services required to use applicable OTable features.

8. Service Availability
OTable will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and operating properly. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside OTable's reasonable control.

9. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with the subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
