Guests simply scan the QR code assigned to their table with a smartphone, browse menu categories, search for items, view photos, descriptions and prices, and send their order directly to the restaurant. No app or account is required. OTable does not charge commission on restaurant sales.

Guests can order more than once during the same visit, making it easy to add drinks, desserts or additional items without starting over. Offer your menu in multiple languages so guests can browse and order in their preferred language.

Manage table orders from an easy-to-use restaurant panel. Orders are organized by table, staff can mark individual orders as served or cancelled, and tables can be settled together or by individual guests. Generate printable QR labels for each table directly from the restaurant settings.

OTable Table Ordering starts at $100 CAD per month for one language, with free setup when you create and maintain your menu using the restaurant panel. Additional languages are $50 CAD per month each. If you prefer OTable to prepare your menu for you, menu setup services are also available for an additional fee.

Terms and Conditions

OTable Table Ordering — Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription
OTable Table Ordering is provided as a monthly subscription. The standard plan is $100 CAD per month plus applicable taxes and includes one menu language and the table ordering features included in the standard plan.

This subscription is for dine-in table ordering only. OTable Online Ordering for pickup and delivery is a separate service and is not included in this subscription.

2. Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize the recurring monthly charge to the payment method provided. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Additional Services
Additional menu languages are $50 CAD per month each. Custom plans and additional services may be provided at prices agreed upon separately before purchase.

4. Setup and Menu Management
Setup is free when you create and maintain your own menu using the OTable restaurant panel. Menu creation, maintenance, or other services provided by OTable may be subject to additional charges agreed upon in advance.

The restaurant is responsible for printing, cutting, installing, and maintaining table QR code labels and any holders, stands, or other materials used to display them, unless otherwise agreed with OTable.

5. Restaurant Sales and Payment Processing
OTable does not charge a commission based on the value of restaurant orders. OTable Table Ordering does not process customer payments. Payment collection and settlement of guest bills are handled separately by the restaurant using its own payment methods and systems.

Payment status recorded in OTable is for order and table management purposes only and does not represent payment processing or confirmation by a payment provider.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next monthly charge, cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before your next billing date. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

7. Restaurant Responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its menu, prices, taxes and item availability, and for accepting, preparing, serving and managing orders placed through OTable Table Ordering.

The restaurant is also responsible for correctly assigning and displaying table QR codes and for maintaining any third-party accounts, devices, internet connectivity or payment services required to use applicable OTable features.

8. Service Availability
OTable will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and operating properly. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside OTable's reasonable control.

9. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with the subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
